Founding dealer programme

Turn slow-moving motorcycles into campaigns customers want to enter.

Competition Winners provides the structure. You provide the prize, your audience and the customer relationship.

We are inviting a small number of UK motorcycle dealers to help shape the first release.

A different route for ageing stock

You run the competition. We make it repeatable.

Instead of discounting a motorcycle into the floor, create a branded campaign on your own website and put it in front of the customers who already know your dealership.

01

Choose the motorcycle

Select suitable stock, set the campaign economics and approve the prize details.

02

Publish it under your name

Use a hosted campaign page or embed the competition into your own website.

03

Reach your audience

Promote to your customers, with optional paid campaign support when you need it.

04

Draw and deliver

Close the campaign, follow the documented draw process and hand the bike to the winner.

The operating system

One structure. Your dealership on the front.

Competition Winners is being designed as the technology and standards layer behind dealer-led competitions, not as the owner of your stock.

Help shape the platform
A

Dealer-branded campaign pages

Publish on your domain through an API or embedded component, with your name shown as promoter.

B

Competition workflow

Structured prize details, entry limits, closing rules, free-entry information and campaign records.

C

Transparent draw records

A consistent closing and winner-selection process designed to produce an auditable record.

D

Optional marketplace reach

Eligible campaigns can also be discovered on Competition Winners and link back to your website.

Illustrative campaign

Make the numbers visible before you commit.

The platform will let dealers model a campaign before publishing it. Entry price, entry cap, fees and the bike’s value remain visible throughout.

Motorcycle value£9,000
Entry cap999
Entry price£14.99
Maximum gross entry revenue£14,975.01

Illustration only. Gross revenue is not profit and excludes payment costs, platform fees, marketing, taxes and fulfilment.

A clear operating boundary

Everyone should know who is responsible for what.

The commercial and legal structure will be reviewed before any live pilot. The intended split is straightforward:

The dealer

Promoter and prize owner

  • Owns and accurately describes the motorcycle
  • Acts as the named competition promoter
  • Approves the rules and campaign economics
  • Receives customer payments through the agreed setup
  • Handles entrants, refunds, complaints and free entries
  • Supplies and transfers the prize to the winner

Competition Winners

Technology and standards provider

  • Provides the campaign software and publishing tools
  • Supplies configurable templates and workflow controls
  • Maintains the platform and its security
  • Creates an auditable campaign and draw record
  • Applies platform and promoter standards
  • Offers marketplace placement and marketing separately

Founding dealer programme

Bring one motorcycle. Help build the model.

We are looking for established UK motorcycle dealers with suitable stock and an engaged customer base. The first pilot will be deliberately small and will only proceed once its legal, payment and operational structure has been approved.

Questions worth asking

Before a bike goes live.

Is Competition Winners the promoter?

The intended model is that the dealer is the clearly named promoter and prize supplier. Competition Winners provides technology, standards and optional marketing services. The final agreement will reflect the approved legal structure.

Who holds the customer’s money?

The payment flow must be agreed with the payment provider and legal adviser before launch. The intended model keeps the dealer as the merchant for its campaign wherever practical.

Do we have to advertise on Competition Winners?

No. A campaign can live on the dealer’s own website. Marketplace visibility and managed promotion are optional services.

What happens if all entries are not sold?

That cannot be improvised after launch. The closing conditions, prize commitment and any permitted alternative must be clear before customers enter and must comply with the applicable rules.

Is the platform ready to take payments?

Not yet. This founding programme is validating dealer demand and selecting a suitable pilot. No public competition will launch before the rebuild, security work and professional legal review are complete.
